What are the carriage charges?
Shipping costs are free for Italy, San Marino and Vatican City. In case you choose cash on delivery as payment method, shipping costs are 6,00 Euros.

What are the average delivery times?
The average delivery times are 2-4 business days for all European Community countries. For all other countries the average delivery times are 3-5 business days. Deliveries are carried out from Monday to Friday (national holidays excluded). Sometimes deliveries may be delayed due to increased shipping demands.
Finally, we remind you that delivery times are calculated from the time when the goods are picked up by the courier.
May I track my orders?
The tracking is going to be available on your account and we will send you an e-mail confirming the shipment of your goods. On this communication we will send you a link to track your order on the courier site.
May I choose the delivery time?
Unfortunately you can’t choose the time for your delivery but you can find all the informations for the scheduled delivery in advance on the courier web site.
Can I modify the delivery address?
Once confirmed it's not possible to modify your order. To modify your address you can write us and we will contact directly the courier.
